Want some twist in vegetables? Why not.. Try this super handy vegetable smoothie recipe to have a full-nutritional-belly. You can make it with a breakfast meal, or carry it at your office to have healthy things intact even at work.

The vegetables that are inevitable in a health-conscious diet can be now easily blended off and with a lot good tasting scope in it! Even when you are running late and need an easy & nourishing quick meal then do it in a smoothie way..

INGREDIENTS Serving : serves 1-2

  • Beetroot- cubed in pieces
  • Carrot- cubed in pieces
  • Tomato- cubed in pieces
  • Mango- cubed in pieces
  • Blueberries- 4-5 berries
  • Ginger- small portion
  • Curd- 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take a blending jar
  • Put on all the cube cut vegetables in the jar
  • Add on 2 tbsp curd over it
  • Blend it & here healthy vegetable & fruit smoothie is ready to be sipped!
