Vegetable Salad Ingredients:

  • Baby potatoes
  • Roughly chopped onions
  • Diced carrots
  • Red chili sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • cottage cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Vegetable Salad at Home:

  • Wash & chop carrots & onions roughly
  • Put baby potatoes, carrots, onions in a baking tray
  • Mix them with oregano, pour some olive oil over it
  • Bake this easy vegetable salad for 30 min at 250c
  • For the sauce, add red chili sauce, black pepper, Salt, Chili flakes, Olive oil
  • Mix them well and drizzle over the baked veggies
  • Now garnish your salad with finely chopped coriander & cottage cheese
  • And it’s’ ready to be served!
