  • Take chickpeas in a bowl, wash them thoroughly 2-3 times with filter water and then soak them for 8 hours in water
  • After the chickpeas are soaked boil it 
  • Now in a jar take boiled chickpeas, onion, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and salt and grind it well
  • Transfer the paste to a plate 
  • Take a small portion out of the paste and make a circle, and then give it a flat cutlet shape
  • Heat a tawa, and grill the cutlets until it turns brown
  • Serve it with green chutney or any chutney as per your preference
