  • Kabuli chana – 50g (overnight soaked)
  • Green moong – 50g (overnight soaked)
  • Green Chillies – 2 (chopped)
  • Onion – 50g (chopped)
  • Tomato – 50g (chopped)
  • Cucumber – 70g (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves – 2 stands (chopped)
  • Virgin Olive oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 Teaspoon (chopped)
  • Oregano – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes – 1 Teaspoon
  • Black salt – as per taste

NOTE

To upgrade the nutritional value of the high-protein salad recipe, we have used Conscious Food moong and Kabuli chana. Adding to thing salad dressing, we have used pure nutrition virgin olive oil.

INSTRUCTIONS

We understand instructions are tough to follow, especially when you are trying a whole new recipe. So to avoid mess and confusion ,we have simplified the step for you. All you need is to collect all the ingredients and start making the salad.

 

  • Boil overnight soaked green moong and kabuli chana
  • Transfer them into a bowl, and add green chillies, onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander leaves; mix everything and keep it aside.
  • Take virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, and black salt in another bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, and its consistency should be thick.
  • In the salad bowl, add the dressing and mix everything well
  • Finally, the high protein salad recipe is ready.
