INGREDIENTS Serving : 1-2 Person

  1. Potatoes – 100 gms (Washed & cubed)
  2. Cornflour – 1 tbsp
  3. Salt – According to taste
  4. Chilli flakes – According to taste
  5. Oregano – According to taste
  6. Oil – 1 tbsp


Note – We have used Montanini Sundried Tomato Pesto Sauce for this incredible recipe! Give it a fair shake as we are serious about quality and taste!


A one-cup serving of tomato chili potato has the following nutritional value. 

  1. Calories – 179 kcal
  2. Carbohydrates – 28 g
  3. Proteins – 4 g
  4. Fats – 5 g
  5. Fiber – 6 g


  1. Dice some potatoes into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
  2. Now, drizzle some olive oil on the potatoes sprinkle in salt, chili flakes, oregano, and cornflour.
  3. Shake the potatoes mixture and bake them in an air fryer at 200 c for 10 minutes.
  4. Now, add some oil to a pan and fry some freshly chopped spring onions.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of tomato pesto. Stir it well.
  6. Add in the yummy, crispy potato cubes.
  7. Garnish the chili potato with some cilantro and green spring onions.
