INGREDIENTS Serving : Serves 1

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup grounded oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • Espresso Dip
  • Any digestive biscuits

INSTRUCTIONS

Steps to Prepare Tiramisu Oats:

  • Add 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • Pour 1 cup milk and mix it well
  • Now add a cup of grounded oats
  • Add 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Pour some dark chocolate syrup
  • Take 1 cup almond flour
  • Add chia seeds & some more milk
  • Mix them well
  • Dip a biscuit in expresso dip
  • Now arrange it in your mug and enjoy!
