INGREDIENTS Serving : Serving 3 to 4

  • Poha 
  • Coconut (ground) 
  • 1 tsp Ghee 
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Cashews 
  • 2 Bay leaves 
  • Handful Raisins 
  • Handful Peas 
  • Some coriander leaves
  • Handful of Carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Sweet Poha Recipes

  1. Take some poha and then Wash some it in a pan. 
  2. Add 1bps ghee and oil to a pan. 
  3. Then, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds (Jeera) and 2 Bay leaves to add some flavor. 
  4. Add some fresh coconut, some diced carrots, some raisins, and green peas 
  5. Stir fry them all together till the flavor seeps in!
  6. Add 1 tsp salt and turmeric for color.
  7. Now, finally, add the poha to this lovely mix!
  8. Add jaggery powder to add sweetness to your dish
  9. Now, add 1 tsp of ghee to enhance the flavor.
  10. Garnish your delicious dish with some coriander leaves and desiccated coconuts. 
  11. Voila! Your healthy sweet poha is ready!
