  • Kala Chana – 100g
  • Green Moong – 100g
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cucumber – 1 medium size (chopped in squares)
  • Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon

  • Take chana, wash it thoroughly with filter water and soak it in fresh filtered water overnight.
  • In the same way, take green moong, wash it thoroughly and soak it overnight in filtered water.
  • When chana and green moong are soaked properly, transfer them into a bowl
  • Add onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, chaat masala and lemon to it
  • Mix all the ingredients well, and your (sprouts) moong chaat is ready to be enjoyed.
