For the batter:
Spinach quinoa flour- 1 cup
Mixed garlic herbs- ½ tbsp
Salt and pepper- As per taste
Water- 2 cups
For the filling:
Olive oil- 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion- 1 whole
Sliced Mushroom- 200 gm
Cubed Cottage Cheese- 100 gm
Crushed Garlic- 2 to 3 cloves
Spinach- 1 bowl
Milk- ¼ cup
Salt and pepper- As per taste
