What about spinach pasta for a Monday meal? Although spinach is an ingredient that can make any dish healthy and tasty at the same time. But not pasta! And being a fitness freak, you can’t just order pasta from anywhere as it is pretty unhealthy due to its flour aspect.

Nonetheless, you can still solve pasta cravings with La Molisana whole wheat pasta. Eligibly it won’t ruin your diet plans & will not harm your body in any way. So, without any doubt, you can try this spinach pasta recipe in your morning meal or evening snack.

INGREDIENTS Serving : serves 1-2

  • Spinach flour
  • Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Full cream milk- 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion- 1
  • Olive oil- 1 tbsp
  • Spinach sauce- as per taste
  • Oregano- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Chili flakes- 1 tbsp
  • La Molisana pasta- as required

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Spinach Pasta:

  • Put the pasta on the boil in water
  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce
  • Add ½ cup of full-cream milk to a pan
  • Now add spinach flour, stir to make sure no lumps are left
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil to another pan
  • Once the oil is heated, add 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste, mix them well & cook until raw smell goes
  • Then add spinach sauce
  • Add ½ cup milk, mix it with the sauce
  • Put salt as per your taste
  • Add 1 tbsp Chili flakes & oregano, mix it well with the sauce
  • Now add boiled pasta and cook it on low fame
  • Garnish it with chili flakes or grated cheese.
  • And Serve Hot!
