  • Oats flour – 1 Cup
  • Sooji – ⅓ Cup
  • Salt – ½ Teaspoon
  • Water – As per need
  • Oil – 4-5 Tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 Tablespoons (grated)
  • Mushroom – ½ Cup (chopped)
  • Peanut – ½ Cup (boiled)
  • Black Pepper – 3 Teaspoon (powdered form)
  • Coconut Milk – 1 Cup
  • Chilli Flakes – 2 Teaspoons
  • Oregano Herbs – 2 Teaspoons

NOTE

In this healthy recipe, we have used Nutriorg oats flour and Gaia extra virgin olive oil to increase the recipe’s taste.

  • In a mixing bowl, add oats, flour, sooji, salt, water and oil
  • Mix everything well and make a smooth dough out of it
  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan, add oil to it, and allow it to get heated
  • Now put garlic, mushroom and peanut into it and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Add black pepper to it and turn off the flame
  • Take a small portion of the dough, and give it a round shape with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Now with the use of a knife, cut the rolled dough into four squares
  • Take a square and insert the filling into it and seal the edges
  • Bowl the ravioli until it gets cooked, and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, put oil, and let it heat
  • Put garlic, oats flour and stir for a few seconds
  •  Add coconut milk and salt to it and stir it for a few minutes
  • Now add the boiled ravioli, and its ready
  • Serve it hot, and enjoy.
