  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon 
  • Green Chillies – 2-3 (chopped)
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon (grated)
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Sabudana – 50g (soaked)
  • Coriander leaves – 1 stand (chopped)
  • Peanuts – 15g (roasted and crushed)
  • Sesame oil – 8 tablespoons

  • In a bowl, take boiled potatoes and mash them well
  • Later, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, salt, sabudana,  roasted peanut, and coriander leaves, and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Take a small portion from the mix, give it a round shape, and then flatten them in a vada shape with the help of your fingers
  • In a frying pan, heat sesame oil and fry the sabudana vada until golden brown from both sides.
  • Keep it aside and serve it hot with green chutney.
