  • Sabudana (Soaked) – 1 Cup
  • Ghee – 2 Tablespoons
  • Almonds (Chopped) – 50g
  • Cashew – 15g
  • Milk – ½ L
  • Brown sugar – 2 Tablespoons
  • Cardamom (Crushed) – 2 Teaspoons
  • Pistachio (Chopped) – 10g

  • Take sabudana, wash it a few times and let it soak in clean water for about 2 hours
  • After  the sabudana is soaked, rinse the water thoroughly and keep it aside
  • Now in a pan, add ghee and roast almonds and cashew for 2 minutes and take it out
  • Keep aside the roasted dry fruits. In the pan, add ghee and put the sabudana and fry
  • Fry it for 5 to 8 minutes and add milk to it and stir it continuously to avoid stickiness into the kheer
  • After the sabudana is cooked, add brown sugar to it and stir it for 2 minutes
  • then add cardamom and roasted dry fruits to the sabudana kheer 
  • Finally, serve the sabudana kheer by sprinkling some pistachio and enjoy.
