INGREDIENTS Serving : serves 3-4

Ragi Cookies Ingredients:

  • Ragi flour – ¾ cup
  • Baking powder – 1/2tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
  • Almond flour – 2 tbsp
  • Caster sugar – ½ cup
  • Butter – ⅓ cup
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Nuts – According to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Ragi Cookies:

  1. Take a bowl and add ¾ cup of ragi flour to it. 
  2. Then, add ½ tsp of baking powder.
  3. Add about ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of almond flour and whisk the ingredient together.
  5. To another bowl, add ½ cup of caster sugar. 
  6. Add about ⅓ cup of butter. Then, mix the ingredients well.
  7. Now, put the ragi flour mixture into the sugar mixture bowl.
  8. Then, add 2 tbsp of milk to the bowl.
  9. Mix all the ingredients well to make the cookie dough.
  10. Make small roundels out of the dough, & gently press them between your palms to give it a cookie shape.
  11. Put the cookies in the oven tray. 
  12. Now, according to your liking, add some nuts to your cookies.
  13. Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes at 180 deg Celsius.
  14. Tada! Your cookies are ready!
