INGREDIENTS Serving : Serving 3-4

  • Boiled quinoa
  • Mix Chopped bell pepper – 1/3rd cup
  • Chopped green chili – 1 tsp 
  • Chopped beetroot – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – According to your taste
  • A pinch of Black pepper powder
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • For garnishing purposes – Fresh Pomegranate, red radish, and mint


In this recipe, we used organic tattvas quinoa for a delicious, hearty salad!


How To Make Quinoa Salad

  1. Add some quinoa into a bowl & add some water. Boil the quinoa. 
  2. Add 2 tsp of olive oil, Lemon, a pinch of black pepper, and salt (according to your taste) in another small container. Mix it well. 
  3. To another bowl, add ⅓ cup of bell pepper, tsp of chopped green chili, some beetroots some chopped radish. 
  4. Add the boiled quinoa to this bowl and mix well. On top of it add the mixture of olive oil & lemon. 
  5. Mix them well! For garnishing, add some pomegranates, some radish, and mint leaves. 
  6. Your healthy quinoa salad is ready!
