INGREDIENTS Serving : For 2 people

  • Sweet potato (Grated) – 1 Cup
  • Carrot (Grated) – ½ Cup
  • Zucchini (Grated) – ½ Cup
  • Spring Onions (Chopped) – ¼ Cup
  • Quinoa flour – ⅓ Cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Pink Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ½ Teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper – ½ Teaspoon
  • Oil – As per the need

NOTE

For these crispy and wholesome quinoa fritters, we have used 24 mantra Organic Quinoa flour, to enhance its texture, flavour and taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl mix all the below- ingredients well.

  • Sweet Potato 
  • Carrot
  • Zucchini
  • Spring Onion

After mixing all the ingredients well add

  • Quinoa flour
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Blend it well so that all the ingredients are mixed perfectly

The process of making quinoa fritters

  • Take a small portion from the mixture and make round balls from each portion
  • Now flatten the ball by gently pressing it
  • Heat a pan and grease it with oil
  • Place the flattened fritters on it
  • Cook it from both the side with the help of oil
  • Continue cooking until the patties turn golden brown
  • Finally, the cookies are ready to be served
