The quinoa fried rice recipe is a simple and filling recipe with a bunch of veggies and spices. Ingredients needed to make the recipe are readily available in every kitchen.   • Quinoa – 1 cup (100g)
  • Sunflower  oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 1 teaspoon (minced)
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon (minced)
  • Onion – 1 (chopped)
  • Carrot – ¼ cup (chopped in cubes)
  • Red Bell Pepper – ¼ cup (chopped in cubes)
  • Yellow Bell Pepper – ¼ cup (chopped in cubes)
  • Green Bell pepper – ¼ cup (chopped in cubes)
  • Beans – ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Rock salt – as per taste 
  • Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar – ½ tablespoon
  • Black Pepper Powder – ½ tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onions – 2 stands (chopped)

  • In a pan, boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of quinoa, and allow it to simmer for 15 – 20 minutes and keep it aside once cooked.
  • In a pan, put sunflower oil; once the oil is heated, add minced ginger and garlic to it and sort it for a few seconds.
  • Now, add onion to it and sort it for 1 minute and add carrot, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, green bell pepper, and beans. Stir all the veggies and cook them for 4-5 minutes.
  • To the pan, add rock salt, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, and vinegar and mix every ingredient well.
  • Add boiled quinoa, and mix it well till all the ingredients are properly mixed.
  • Put black pepper powder and tomato ketchup, and fry it well.
  • Finally, add chopped spring onion to give a finishing touch, and with this step, your quinoa rice recipe is ready to serve.
