  • Chopped garlic & onion
  • Diced pumpkin
  • Cashew butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • Coconut cream
  • Seeds, peas
  • Red chili powder

How to Make Pumpkin Soup at Home:

  • Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Add chopped garlic, onions, & pumpkin
  • Saute until softens
  • Now add 2 cups water, salt, & pepper
  • 3 scoops of cashew butter
  • Cook it for 5 minutes
  • Now blend it in a smooth paste
  • Garnish it with coconut cream, sunflower seeds, red chili powder, dill leaves, peas
