  • Potato – 2 (peeled and grated)
  • Carrot – 1 (peeled and grated)
  • Cabbage – 1 cup (Finely chopped)
  • Salt – as needed
  • Black pepper powder – ½ Tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Oats – 1 Tablespoon
  • Sesame oil – as needed (to grease)

INSTRUCTIONS

The potato pancake recipe is an effortless recipe with a few instructions and gets prepared in a couple of minutes. We have explained the recipe instruction in detail down below. 

 

  • To begin with, the preparation of potato pancakes, wash the potato, cabbage and carrot thoroughly and peel the potato and carrot
  • Now grate the potato and carrot plus finely chop the cabbage
  • In a bowl take the grated potato, cabbage, carrot, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, and oats flour and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Once the mixture converts into a thick texture keep it aside
  • On a medium flame heat a nonstick griddle, and grease it with some oil
  • Take one spoon of the batter and spread it on the griddle in a circle till it forms a thin crust
  • Cook the pancake from both the side and grease oil on both sides of the pancake
  • Finally, your potato pancake recipe is ready. 
  • Enjoy it with green chutney and hot masala tea
