These chips are baked and we have used a minimal amount of olive oil which makes the chips stand on the healthier side. Wherever we crave chips the first thing that we do is rush to the market, but why don’t we take an effort to try them at home? Homemade chips will be safe to consume and one can make them as per one’s liking and preferences. Time to try pasta chips at home and it’s easy, all you have to do is gather the needed ingredients and instructions.

The number of ingredients used in the recipe can be counted on the fingers, but the taste is not compromised. The pasta chips taste heavenly and plus they are baked which permits one to have them guilt-free. Below we have mentioned the ingredients one will need to make this recipe. 

  • Pasta – 100 g
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Peri peri masala – 1 Tablespoon
  • Italian seasoning – ½ Tablespoon
  • Salt – as per taste



In these pasta chips, we have used Borges Farfalle pasta to elevate the overall taste of the recipe.

Though we are all habituated to eating packed chips, we make zero effort to try them by ourselves at home. The pasta chips recipe is an interesting recipe that deserves to be tried once at home. The ingredients and instructions that needed to be followed are also limited. Therefore make these chips once and enjoy them with your family and friends. 

  • Take a large pot to take water add salt and let the water boil
  • Add pasta to the pot and cook for a few minutes
  • Strain the excess water from the pasta 
  • Transfer the boiled pasta to a baking tray, and drizzle some olive oil
  • Sprinkle some peri-peri masala, Italian seasoning and salt on the pasta
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 15 Minutes
  • Flip and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees 
  • Enjoy the pasta with your favourite dip.
