INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl take curd, besan, chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, garam masala powder, and mustard oil and mix all the ingredients together.
Add paneer pieces to the marination, coat it well and keep it aside for 30 minutes
Take a stick and place onion paneer and capsicum one by one
In a pan put 2 tablespoons of mustard oil and grill the veggie stick
When it turns golden brown, put it aside
Take a pan, put mustard oil, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, red chilli, and bay leaf and fry it for a few seconds
And put onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli fry it for about a minute
Add the whole cashew, tomato and salt and cook it till the tomato is reduced to half
Transfer the mix into a blender and blend it to a smooth paste and keep it aside
In another pan, add mustard oil, cumin seeds, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and leave for 10-15 seconds
Now add the masala paste to the pan and when starts leaving excess oil
Add water to the masala and cook it for a couple of minutes
Put the Kasturi methi and grill veggies in the pan by removing them from the stick
Mix the veggies and masala nicely and garnish it with coriander leaves
