What we did in this recipe is replaced the refined flour with oats flour, and we haven’t used any oil or sugar in the recipe. Generally, when you look into a brownie recipe, it contains a long list of ingredients and some of them are even not available in the kitchen. Since we are making a healthier version of brownie we have cut off all the unhealthy ingredients. This oats brownie recipe has a bunch of general ingredients that are easily available in every household. We have mentioned the ingredients used in the recipe for you to collect before making the recipe.

 

  • Oats Flour – 1 Cup
  • Water – as per the need
  • Almonds –  16 pieces ( 8 whole and 8 chopped)
  • Banana – 1 (peeled and sliced)
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chocolate chunks – 2 Tablespoon
  • Sugar – If needed

NOTE

In this healthy version of the brownie recipe, we have used Nutriorg oats flour to give it make it nutritious yet delicious.

INSTRUCTIONS

Brownie is a complicated recipe that has several crucial steps to be obeyed during the making of the recipe. But as we have tried making a healthy version of it, this recipe has fewer ingredients and fewer instructions to be followed. Below we have mentioned the detailed stripe which needed to be followed to make a spongy and moist oats brownie.

 

  • In a bowl take oats flour, add whole almonds and water to it and mix it well till no lumps are left in the batter. 
  • Transfer the batter to a  mixer grinder jar, add banana, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and blend it till its consistency turns smooth.
  • Take a cake mould, cover it with silver foil, transfer the jar’s batter to it, and tap it a few times to set the batter
  • and add chopped almonds and chocolate chunks to it
  • Bake it for 20-25  minutes and then cool it for 5-10 minutes and de-mould it
  • Finally, the cake is ready to be enjoyed.
