  • Broccoli – 1.5 cups (cleaned and Shopped)
  • Cream – ¼ cup
  • Hung curd – ¼ cup
  • Cheese cream – ¼ cup
  • Garam masala – 1  Tablespoon
  • Black pepper – ½ tablespoon (Crushed)- organic tattva
  • Olive oil – 2 Tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice – ½ Tablespoon
  • Ginger – ½ tablespoon (Minced)
  • Garlic – ½ Tablespoon (Minced)
  • Salt – as per taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Clean broccoli and chop it
  • In a pan, boil water and blanch the broccoli 
  • Then, on tissue paper, pat dry the broccoli florets
  • In a bowl, add cream, hung curd, and cream cheese and mix it well
  • Now add garam masala, black pepper, olive oil,  lemon juice, ginger, garlic and salt
  • Mix all the ingredients well and add the blanched broccoli into it and mix it well
  • Cover the mix and keep it in the fridge for 30-45 minutes
  • Take the bowl and gain mix the marinated broccoli well
  • In a baking tray, transfer the broccoli and Grease it with olive oil
  • Bake it for 12 -15 minutes at 90 degrees until it turns golden brown
