  • Lemon juice – 2 Tablespoons
  • Sugar – 2 Bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a broad pan, take the ripened mango and stir it for a couple of minutes
  • Then add sugar into it and cook it until its colour changes and add lemon juice to it
  • Keep it aside and allow it to cool down
  • Again in a pan, take the grated apples and stir them for 2 minutes and then add sugar to it.
  • After consciously stirring it for around 12 – 15 minutes, add lemon juice to it 
  • Stir it again for a few seconds and add food colour to the jam
  • Keep it aside for cooling down
  • Serve both jams with preferred slices of bread and enjoy their natural and pure flavours.
