Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of ghee to it and after the ghee melts, put a cup of chopped methi into the pan
Cook it by sauteing for about 5-6 minutes on a medium flame, and off the flame and keep it aside
Take another pan, and add chopped onion and cashew onto the pan. Saute both the ingredients for a couple of minutes and add ¼ cup of water to the pan, cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes and keep it aside.
In another pan, add ghee let it heat, and put cumin seeds, hing and saute it for a minute
Add bay leaves, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, and red chilly and saute it for a 2-3 minutes
Put green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, and saute it for a minute
Add onion-cashew paste to the pan, saute it for a couple of minutes and cook until the paste begins to leave excess oil
Add water to the paste and mix it for a few seconds put salt, garam masala and sugar to it and mix well
Now add boiled green peas, and cook it until the gravy turns into a thick consistency
