Take a pan and heat it on a low-medium flame.
Add sesame oil, heat it, then add cumin seeds, bay leaf, red chilly, clove, cardamom, and black pepper, and saute it for a few seconds.
Add garlic, ginger, and green chilli and saute it for a few seconds. Then add onion and fry till the onion turns pink. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook
Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chilly powder, and fry till the tomatoes have reduced.
Now take a blender and blend the grind into a smooth consistency paste.
In another pan, add ghee; when the ghee gets heated, add hing, red chilly powder and the masala mix and saute for 1 minute. Add water and salt to it and again cook it for 5 – 8 minutes.
Add boiled peas, and paneer and mix, then add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
