Makhana Kheer Ingredients:

Makhana – 50gm
Milk – 250gm
Almonds – 18 to 20
Honey – as per sweetness

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Makhana Kheer

  1. Roast about 50gm of makhana in a pan on a low flame.
  2. Wait till they are golden brown & then add 250gm of milk to the pan
  3. Cook them for about 15 minutes on a medium flame
  4. Take about 9 to 10 almonds & grind them in a mixture.
  5. Add the almond powder to the makhana and milk mixture in the pan.
  6. Cook for a few minutes so that the kheer can soak the flavor of almonds.
  7. At last add honey according to test and garnish with almonds.
  8. Your sweet, delicious kheer is ready!
