INGREDIENTS Serving : serves 5-6

Oats Laddu With Jaggery Ingredients:

  • Powdered oats- 1 bowl
  • A2 ghee- 4 tablespoons
  • Elaichi pods- 3 to 4
  • Jaggery powder- 1/2 of a
  • Medium-sized bowl
  • Nuts and seeds- A handful



The recipe uses oat flour instead of regular flour to make the healthy oats laddu with jaggery recipe. It’s also a perfect gluten-free dessert for gluten allergic people.


How to Make Oats Pinni:

  1. First, add ghee and oat flour in a pan to roast it on a medium-high flame for 10 to 15 mins.
  2. Roast the oat flour until the ghee is evenly mixed and the dry flour turns golden brown.
  3. Now add nuts and dry fruits to the hot roasted pinni mix and switch off the flame.
  4. Now take out the roasted pinni mix in a bowl and let it cool down for at least 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add ground elaichi & jaggery to the pinni mix .
  6. Start making round shaped pinnis once the mixture is still warm enough.
  7. Let the pinnis sit for some time, let it cool down for it to hold shape.

These oats laddu are the best dessert for the coldest winter. You can add dry fruits and nuts as per your choice to make them suitable for your taste buds. It is completely gluten-free and vegan as you are using oats flour instead of wheat flour.
