  • 8 ounces unsweetened Chocolate Squares
  • 1 cup smooth sugar-free Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons Powdered Stevia
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

How to Make Chocolate Fudge:

  1. Break up the chocolate into pieces and melt it completely until it has a smooth texture.
  2. You can either use the microwave or a double boiler for the best result.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract with the melted chocolate and stir well until combined.
  4. Now add the Stevia, 5 drops at a time while stirring the mixture each time until the stevia is fully integrated into the mixture.
  5. It’s time to add the sea salt and stir the mixture well for good distribution of the ingredients.
  6. Then transfer the mixture to 8 ice cube tray cups and shift it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

You can store this creamy, smooth, and rich hot chocolate fudge in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week. Avoid freezing the fudge, and instead, move it to the refrigerator for a soft, creamy fudge. You can also add some chopped almonds or use almond butter instead of peanut butter as per your preference. Use dark chocolate in this chocolate fudge recipe if you like the slightly bitter taste, or use honey or any other natural sweetener if you want.
