INSTRUCTIONS

Heat a nonstick pan at medium flame, add oil and allow it to heat.
Add jeera to it, and after a few seconds, add 7-8 cashews to the pan and lightly roast it.
Add chopped onion, and saute. Once the onion turns light pink, add ginger-garlic paste and mix all the ingredients well.
Add chopped capsicum, beans, and peas, and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Once the veggies are reduced to half, add black salt, roasted jeera powder, Red chilly powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, and garam masala. Mix all the spices well.
Add chopped green chillies, green coriander, spinach, and nutmeg and mix everything well till the spinach leaves reduce and turn off the gas.
Cool the mix and transfer it to a blender and blend the paste well.
Transfer the paste to a bowl, add boiled potato, greeted cheese, ½ cup bread crumbs, and besan and mix it well.
Take a small portion from the kabab mix and give them a shape of a kabab; following this process, make more kababs and place a cashew in the center of every kabab.
Heat a pan on a medium flame and grease it with oil. Once the pan is heated, place the kababs on it after coating it with bread crumbs.
Roast the kebabs from both sides by greasing them with oil and keeping it aside.
Serve the hara bhara kabab with coriander or tamarind chutney, and enjoy.
