While the summer season is synonymous with scorching heat and dust, we wait for the season because we get to slurp all the ice away! Summer brings with it the freshness of lichis, the sweetness of mangoes, the icy lassis, and whatnot. And, to make this season all the more special, we came up with the easiest and the most finger-licking-good health-loaded recipe of a desi Gulkand kulfi, that’ll make you fall in love with desserts all over again.

INGREDIENTS Serving : serves 3-4

Gulkand Kulfi Ingredients:

  • Full cream milk – 500ml
  • Praakritik Gulkand – 2 tbsp
  • Grated Almonds
  • Custard powder (mixed in water) – 2 tbsp
  • Kulfi molds

NOTE

In this recipe we have used Praakritik gulkand.

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Gulkand Kulfi Recipe:

  1. Boil 500 ml full cream milk on medium heat
  2. Let it cool and then add 2 tbsp custard powder (mixed in water)
  3. Add some grated almonds and 2 tbsp Praakritik gulkand to the mixture
  4. Mix everything well
  5. Now take a mold of your choice and pour the mixture into them
  6. Cover them with foil and freeze them until set
  7. Enjoy them with your family.
