  • Cauliflower – 1 (chopped)
  • Mustard Oil – 200ml
  • Bay Leaves – 2-3
  • Cloves – 3-4
  • Red Chilli – 3 (whole)
  • Onion – 1 (finely Chopped) 2 (sliced)
  • Tomato – 2
  • Green Chilli – 4
  • Cashew – 1 Cup ( soaked for an hour and make a paste)
  • Jeera Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Green peas – 1 Cup
  • Kasturi metho – 1 Tablespoon
  • Cream – ½ Cup
  • Sabji Masala – 1 Tablespoon
  • Coriander Leaves – 2 stands (chopped)

NOTE

In this Gobi masala recipe, we have used praakritik Ginger Powder, Praakritik Garlic Powder, and Organic tattva Cumin Powder to intensify its taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Firstly wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces.
  • Boil the chopped cauliflower for 10 minutes
  • In a pan, heat mustard oil, add cauliflower, deep fry them, and keep the cauliflower aside.
  • Add bay leaves, cloves, and red chilli, and after a few seconds, add chopped onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, add tomato, green chilli, onion, and water to a grinder.
  • Blend everything until it turns into a smooth paste
  • Add this masala to the pan; after the onion gets cooked, cook it for a few minutes until the oil starts separating itself from the masala.
  • Add cashew paste to the masala and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Add haldi powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, ginger powder and salt to the masala, and stir it for a minute.
  • Add fried cauliflower, boiled peas, Kasturi methi, sabzi masala, and water to the masala.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, and then add cream and coriander to it
  • And yay! Your Gobi Masala is ready.
