  • Gobi – 400g (chopped)
  • Corn flour – ¼ Cup
  • Multigrain flour – 1 Cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – ¼ Tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder –  ½  Tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ Tablespoon
  • Water – As needed (to make a paste)
  • Mustard oil – 2 Tablespoon
  • Garlic – 1 Teaspoon (Finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (Chopped in large squares)
  • Spring onions – 2 Tablespoons (Chopped)
  • Green capsicum – 1 (Chopped in squares)
  • Yellow capsicum – 1 (chopped in squares)
  • Red capsicum – 1 (chopped in squares)
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Soya sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Corn flour water – 1 Cup

INSTRUCTIONS

This recipe is a healthier version of regular Manchurian. We are discussing Gobi Manchurian Recipe , filled with veggies and some spices. The dish requires a few simple steps, and you are good to go. Below, we have discussed step-by-step instructions for the recipe in detail. Follow the instructions and enjoy a hot bowl of Gobi Manchurian gravy while sitting at home. 

  • In a pan, boil 2-3 glasses of water, bring it to a boil, and add ¼ tablespoon of salt. Add cauliflower to it and boil it for two minutes. Keep aside the cauliflower after separating them with water. 
  • In a bowl, take multigrain flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, and red chilli powder, and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add water to the bowl and make a paste of thick consistency. Add the boiled gobi to it and coat it well with the paste.
  • Take a baking tray, and grease it with oil. Place the marinated gobi and bake it for 15 minutes at 230 degrees. Keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan on a low-medium flame. Add garlic, ginger, spring onion, onion, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, and red capsicum. Saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well for a minute. Add corn flour and water and cook for a minute.
  • In the gravy, add baked gobi and chopped spring onions. Mix them well.
  • Serve hot Gobi Manchurian Recipe by garnishing it with chopped fresh spring onions.
