  1. In a bowl, take the boiled potato and mash it well
  2. Next, add amaranth flour, green chilly, grated ginger, rock salt, pepper powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well
  4. Now take a small portion from the potato mix and give it a round shape
  5. Heat a Tava on low flame, and after it gets heated, grease it with oil
  6. Put the patty on the Tava and cook it well until it turns golden brown
  7. Serve the amaranth aloo patty with yoghurt or green chutney.
