INGREDIENTS Serving : serves 3-4

Easy Snacks Ingredients:

  • Cabbage – 1 bowl
  • Onions – 1 bowl
  • Capsicum – 1 bowl
  • Carrot – 1 bowl
  • Green chillies – 1 tbsp
  • Besan – 1 Cup
  • Sooji – 1 Cup
  • Curd – 1 Spoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seed powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Butter/ Ghee – 1 tbsp

NOTE

We have used desi ghee for this easy snacks recipe for a guilt-free, healthy snacking experience! It is excellent for health, and the snacks come out extra crunchy.

INSTRUCTIONS

Easy Snacks to Make at Home:

  1. Take a big bowl, add 1 big spoon of cabbage & onions.
  2. Add 1 big spoon of capsicum & carrot to the mix.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of green chillies for some flavor.
  4. Add 1 cup of Besan.
  5. Then, add 1 cup of sooji &1 spoon of curd to your dish.
  6. Add some spice by adding 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
  7. Add 1 tbsp of coriander powder, & 1 tsp of cumin seed powder.
  8. Add 1 tbsp of salt to add some taste.
  9. Mix all the ingredients well.
  10. Grease the pan with 1 tbsp ghee/ butter.
  11. Add some mustard seed to the pan.
  12. Pour the batter and cook on low flame for 5 – 10 min.
  13. Voila! Your easy healthy snacks are ready!
  14. Garnish them with coriander leaves, serve them with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
