  • Full Fat Milk – 1 Liter
  • Jaggery Powder – As per taste
  • Kesar – 6-8 stands
  • Almonds – 50g (finely Chopped)
  • Pistachio – 50g (finely Chopped)
  • Cashew – 50g (finely Chopped)

We are here to the rescue we have listed the detailed instructions of the recipe below to make help you make a creamy and netty scoop of ice cream. To make dry fruit ice cream, follow these steps:

  • Boil milk in a pan, stirring constantly.
  • Add kesar and jaggery powder to the milk, and continue stirring until the milk reduces by half.
  • Add chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Let the ice cream mixture cool for a few minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream mould and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, the ice cream will have frozen and taken the shape of the mould.
  • Demould the ice cream and it is ready to serve
