Tip – The dry fruits ice cream liquid needs to be kept in a deep refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours, to for taking good shape.

  • Full Fat Milk – 1 Liter
  • Jaggery Powder – As per taste
  • Kesar – 6-8 stands
  • Almonds – 50g (finely Chopped)
  • Pistachio – 50g (finely Chopped)
  • Cashew – 50g (finely Chopped)

NOTE

INSTRUCTIONS

Generally, no one makes frozen desserts at home, and due to this one doesn’t have slightest of the idea of how dry fruit kulfi is made. We are here to the rescue we have listed the detailed instructions of the recipe below to make help you make a creamy and netty scoop of ice cream. To make dry fruit ice cream, follow these steps:

  • Boil milk in a pan, stirring constantly.
  • Add kesar and jaggery powder to the milk, and continue stirring until the milk reduces by half.
  • Add chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Let the ice cream mixture cool for a few minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream mould and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, the ice cream will have frozen and taken the shape of the mould.
  • Demould the ice cream and it is ready to serve
