Date walnut cake is an extremely delicious cake. It’s generally made during Christmas celebrations, fortunately, it can also be served as an evening tea snack. So, if you’re looking for a guilt-free snack time then we are here to rescue! Let’s go to the kitchen!

INGREDIENTS Serving : 2-3 People

  1. Dates – 2 cups
  2. Hot milk – 1 cup
  3. Oil – 200 ml
  4. Yogurt – 60 ml
  5. Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  6. Baking powder – 1 + 1/ tsp
  7. Milk – ½ cup
  8. Chopped walnuts – 1 cup

NOTE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take a bowl and put 2 cups of dates & 1 cup of hot milk in it. Mix them in a blender to make a thick paste.
  2. Now, take another bowl, add 200 ml of oil, 60 ml of yogurt and the date paste tha’ts previously blended. Mix tham all well.
  3. To make the batter, now add 2 cups of whole wheat flour , soe baking powder. Mix the together tomake a thick batter.
  4. Now add ½ cup of milk and some chopped walnuts.
  5. Add the batter to a baking dish and bakeat 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Take your yummy cake out and to it off with some delicious walnuts!
  7. Voila! Your delectablle date walnut cake is ready.
