The snack crispy baby corn is a popular and widely loved snack option in the streets of India. “Crispy Corn” is made by drizzling sweet corn kernels in a hot batter and deep-frying them till they are crispy and golden.   • Corn – 1 Cup (Boiled)
  • Rice Flour – ¼ Cup
  • Corn Flour – ¼ Cup
  • Maida – 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper Powder – ¾ Tablespoon
  • Salt – As per need
  • Oil  – 6-8 Tablespoons
  • Onion – 4 Tablespoons (chopped)
  • Green Chilly – 2 (sliced)
  • Capsicum – 4 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Chaat masala – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Aamchur Powder – ¼ Teaspoon

NOTE

In preparing this easy-to-make sweet corn recipe, we have used some organic ingredients such as Organic Tattva Rice Flour and Conscious Food Red Chilly Powder to provide the recipe with an authentic taste.

  • In a bowl, take boiled corn, and add maida, rice flour, corn flour, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now in a frying pan, shallow fry the corn till they become crispy and crunchy. Keep the fried corn aside. 
  • In another pan, add some oil and allow it to heat.
  • Add chopped onion, capsicum, and green chilli. Saute the ingredients for a couple of minutes till they become soft.
  • Add salt and cumin powder, and fry. Add fried corn, chilly red powder, aamchur powder and chaat masala.
  • Mix all the ingredients well for a minute, and your Crispy Corn Recipe is ready to be enjoyed.
