  • Brown bread – 2
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato pesto sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Red pesto sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Tomato – 1 (cut into round slices)
  • Chaat masala – 1 Teaspoon
  • Grated cheese – 2  Tablessppon (grated)


In this sandwich recipe, we have used Montanini Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto sauce and Red Pesto Sauce to enhance its taste.

  • Take two slices of fresh brown bread
  • Spread half a tablespoon of butter on each slice
  • Put red pesto sauce on one slice and tomato pesto sauce on the other
  • Place tomato slices on the slice with red pesto sauce
  • Add cheese and chaat masala on top of the tomatoes
  • Cover the other slice of bread with tomato pesto sauce
  • Spread more butter on the remaining surface of the bread
  • Grill the sandwich for two-three minutes
