  • Ragi flour – 1 cup
  • Hot water (as required)
  • Oil – 2tbsp
  • Desi Ghee

  • Grated Broccoli – 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion –  1/3cup
  • Chopped Green chili – 1tsp
  • Garam masala – 1tsp
  • Black pepper -1/2tsp
  • Salt – According to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Broccoli Paratha

Broccoli Stuffed Paratha Recipe:- 

  1. Pour some 1 cup of ragi flour into a bowl
  2. Add some salt to taste into the ragi flour. 
  3. Add some hot water and 2 tsp of oil to the mixture. 
  4. Now, knead the dough. 

 

For stuffing – 

  1. Add broccoli 1 cup, ⅓ cup of chopped onion, 1 tsp of chopped green chilies. 
  2. Now add 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp of black pepper, and salt according to your taste. 
  3. Mix the veggies and spices well. 
  4. Put the broccoli stuffing into the dough. 
  5. Now, put some ghee on a pan and put the paratha. 
  6. Cook till it’s done. 
  7. Your broccoli paratha is ready!
