Take one cup of Quinoa and add 2 cups of water to it. And cook it until it absorbs all the water, then remove the pot from heat. Now, cover the Quinoa and let it steam goer 5 minutes.

Cut the bell pepper into half and remove the seeds from it; Wash it and blanch it for 2 minutes.
Put the sliced bell pepper on a greased tray and bake it for 15 minutes, then put it aside.
