Berry Smoothie Ingredients:

  • Cranberry – ¼ Cup
  • Blueberry – ¼ Cup
  • Greek Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • Maple syrup/ Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – ¼ Cup
  • Ice – 4 Cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Berry Smoothie:

  1. In a mixer, add ¼ cup of cranberry.
  2. Then add ¼ cup of blueberry and 2 tbsp of Greek Yogurt.
  3. To sweeten your smoothie, add 1 tbsp of honey/ maple syrup.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds to add more flavor.
  5. Add ¼ of milk to the mixture.
  6. Then, as a final ingredient, add some ice to your smoothie.
