Can your spaghetti become healthy? How would you react if I emphasize yes, it can be! You must have wished to eat spaghetti in the morning breakfasts but dumped the idea because it’s not supporting your health anyway. So, for all those wishes we have brought another healthier recipe of beetroot spaghetti.

Also, if you are already got bored with eating the same old white and red kinds of pasta then beetroot pasta is a good go, I must say. You don’t need to bother and rush to the markets to collect the ingredients because it’s made with all easy & feasible ingredients. Here we go the beetroot spaghetti recipe.

INGREDIENTS Serving : Beetroot Spaghetti

  • Olive oil
  • Chopped garlic
  • Dill leaves
  • Spaghetti
  • Beetroot puree
  • Salt & pepper,
  • Peas, basil powder, chili powder

 

NOTE

We have used ‘Molisana spaghetti’ pasta in the video.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Boil the spaghetti
  • Take 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan
  • Add finely chopped garlic & dill leaves
  • Add 1 cup beetroot puree
  • Now add boiled spaghetti
  • Sprinkle salt & pepper
  • Garnish with peas, basil powder & seasoning, chili powder
