INGREDIENTS Serving : 2-3

  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Brown Breads
  • Cheese – ½ cup
  • Chopped tomato (Seedless) – ½ cup
  • Green Chilli (Chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Red kidney beans (Boiled) – 1 cup
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Salt – According to the taste

NOTE

For this delicious recipe, we have used Gaia Extra Virgin olive oil because we care about health as taste! 

INSTRUCTIONS

How To Make Veg Beans bruschetta?

  1. To a cup add 2 tsp of olive oil & 1 tsp of chopped garlic.
  2. Now, lather this garlic olive oil mixture on the bread to add the garlicky goodness!
  3. To another bowl add ½ cup of tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green chilies, 1 tsp of garlic & 1 cup of boiled kidney beans.
  4. Also, add the garlic olive oil mixture to it.
  5. Now, add 1 tsp black pepper & some salt according to your taste.
  6. Mix them well.
  7. Sprinkle in some cheese on your bread & bake for 10 minutes at 180. 
  8. As a final step, add the toppings, and your Beans bruschetta is complete!
