  • Boiling water – ½ Cup boiling water

  • Green garlic – 2 (Finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Carrot – 1 (Finely chopped)
  • French beans – 4 – 5 (Finely chopped)
  • Cabbage – ½ Cup (Finely grated)
  • Soy sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Black pepper – 5 – 6 (Crushed)
  • Salt

  1. In a bowl, take boiling water and add bajra flour to it and mix it well
  2. After mixing them, both set it aside for 5 – 6 minutes after covering it.
  3. Now heat a pan on a low medium flame.
  4. Add green garlic, onions, carrot, french beans, and cabbage, mix them all well and cook it for  2 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes, add soy sauce, black pepper, sriracha and salt and stir it for 2 minutes.
  6. Take the resting flour bowl and neat it into a soft textured dough.
  7. Pull out a small portion of bajra flour and flatten it with the help of your palm, put the stuffing into the dough,
  8.  give it a momos shape, and seal it well.
  9. Cook it for 15 minutes in a steamer, and your bajra momos are ready
  10. Serve this momo with s schezwan chutney or any spicy chutney to enjoy it to the fullest.
