  • Bajra flour – 1 ½ cup
  • Rice flour – ½ Cup
  • Ginger – ½ Tablespoon (paste)
  • Garlic – ½ Tablespoon (paste)
  • Green chilli – ½ Tablespoon (paste)
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ Tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
  • Methi leaves – A few stands (chopped)
  • Water – As per the need

NOTE

In this traditional Indian-origin recipe, we have used Praakritik Ghee and Organics Tattva bajra flour to uplift the taste and flavour of the recipe.

INSTRUCTIONS

Every person who loves cooking dies to hear the appreciation of the food they prepared. But if any of the ingredients is missed or is added in excess or restrained amount might hamper the taste of the dish. So here are the steps which will guide you through preparing the beat bajra methi khakhra.

  • Add bajra flour, rice flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, methi leaves, salt, and ghee in a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add some water into the mix and knead a smooth texture dough.
  • Leave the dough to rest for around 10-15 minutes.
  • Now, take a small portion of the dough and give it a round shape.
  • Flatten it, and by sprinkling some bajra flour, give it a round shape with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Heat a tawa, place the rolled khakhra on it, and cook both sides well.
  • Grease the khakhra with ghee and allow it to turn golden-brown 
  • Finally, your bajra khakhra is ready; serve it with tea or chutney, whichever seems best.
