One can have this salad as an evening snack or as a main course meal. To enjoy its flavour and taste, you can have it with bread.

INGREDIENTS Serving : For 2 People

For Dressing

  1. Avocado – 1 (Peeled and sliced)
  2. Yoghurt – 3 tablespoons
  3. Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  4. Garlic powder – ½ tablespoon
  5. Lemon Juice – 1 lemon
  6. Coriander leaves – few stands (chopped)
  7. Salt – 1 small spoon
  8. Black Pepper – ¼ tablespoon
  9. Water – ¼ cup

For Salad

  1. Lettuce Leaves – 4 leaves
  2. Cucumber – 1 (Sliced in round shape)
  3. Cherry Tomato (Sliced)
  4. Yellow Bell Pepper – 1 (sliced)


For the avocado dressing, we have used Olitalia Pure Olive Oil and Praakritik Garlic Powder to get an authentic and refreshing taste.

For Preparing Avacado Salad Dressing

Place the following ingredients in a bowl

  1. Avocado
  2. Yoghurt
  3. Olive Oil
  4. Garlic Powder
  5. Lemon Juice
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt
  8. Black Pepper
  9. Water

-Now put all the ingredients into a blender and blend is well

-Take the blended dressing into a bowl and put it aside

Preparation of Avocado Salad

  1. On a serving plate, place some lettuce leaves
  2. Add freshly sliced cucumber
  3. Put a few Cherry tomatoes (Each done in two parts)
  4. Place finely sliced yellow bell pepper
  5. Now put a few spoons of avocado dressing on it
  6. And finally, your avocado salad dressing is ready.
