  • Tomato – 5 ( 3 roasted and 2 finely chopped)
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Green chilli – 3
  • Potato – 2 (boiled)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Kala namak – ½ teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
  • Mustard oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 1 stand (chopped)

NOTE

In this traditional recipe, we have used, Organic tattva red chilli powder and Little Farm mustard oil to give the recipe a classic and authentic touch.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take tomatoes, garlic, and green chillies, and roast them evenly from all sides. 
  • Peel the skin of the tomatoes and mash them well, and keep it aside
  • Now, crush garlic and green chillies well in a crusher, and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl, take boiled potatoes, peel them and mash them well for about a minute. 
  • Add onion, tomato, coriander powder, kala namak, red chilli powder, garam masala, mustard oil, lemon juice, and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Mix all the ingredients well; finally, the mouth-watering and flavourful aloo chokha is ready.
