  1. 1 cup Boiled Chickpea
  2. 1/2 cup Boiled Potatoes
  3. 4tbsp Onion
  4. 3 tbsp Tomato
  5. 4-5 tbsp Cucumber
  6. 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  7. 2.5 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  8. 3-4 tbsp Green Chutney
  9. 1 cup Curd
  10. 2 tbsp Corriander Leaves
  11. Salt per taste

NOTE

To enhance the taste of this tangy aloo chaat recipe we have used conscious food chickpeas (Kabuli chana).

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Soak chickpea for 4 hours and boil it with a bit of salt for taste
  • Peel potatoes and boil them with salt for taste
  • In a bowl, take boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes, chat masala and curd
  • Mix all the three ingredients well
  • Now put the mix into a serving plate
  • top it with onion, tomato, cucumber and curd
  • add sev, papdi, chat masala, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • Now garnish it with sev, coriander leaves and shredded beetroot to make it look tempting.
  • Finally, your spicy and tangy aloo chana chaat is ready.
